Adaline Applied: Privacy and cookie notice

Adaline (“Adaline”, “we”, “our” and “us”) is running its Adaline Applied summit (the “Event”). This privacy notice describes how we collect and use the personal data of individuals (also referred to in this notice as “you”) in relation to your interest in, or attendance of the Event. It supplements the Global Privacy Policy on our website (“Adaline Privacy Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined in this notice have the same meaning as in the Adaline Privacy Policy.

The website and registration form for the Event use cookies to enable website and form functionality to work, as well as for security, analytics, and other essential purposes. 6. Weapon detection measures

To help ensure attendee safety, we may use weapon detection devices at the Event venue entrance. If such measures are used, the device typically uses low frequency magnetic fields to detect objects matching certain profiles. If an object is detected, a security officer may perform additional screening. Any images captured by such systems are used solely for security screening and are deleted promptly according to our retention policies (typically within 24 hours).

These may include platforms for event registration, badge scanning providers, mobile app providers (if applicable), marketing platforms, and providers of data and website hosting services.
